What happens during a BreatheSession

1. Before your call — Ejona J. pulls your therapy data from ResMed AirView (or reviews screenshots from your myAir app if you use another brand). She comes to the call already knowing your numbers.
2. AHI and event analysis — She walks you through your apnea-hypopnea index, explains what the trends mean, and identifies patterns you might be missing.
3. Mask fit and leak review — Using your leak-rate data, she recommends adjustments or alternative masks that may improve your seal.
4. Pressure and comfort optimization — She evaluates whether your current pressure range is right for you and suggests settings changes to discuss with your prescribing provider.
5. Your written action plan — Within 24 hours you receive a personalized PDF summarizing findings, recommendations, and next steps you can share with your doctor.

3. Before your session, reply to the email with your myAir username (or screenshots of your recent therapy data).
4. Join the video call at your scheduled time. Ejona will have your data ready.
