Desert Breathe LLC — Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CPAP accessories purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Unopened Items — 60-Day Returns

Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in resalable condition with all original packaging intact.

Defective Items — 30-Day Returns

Opened items may be returned if defective within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with a description of the defect and we will provide a prepaid return label.

Non-Refundable Items

Clinical consultation fees (BreatheSession™) are non-refundable once the session has been completed or if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Subscription Boxes (SleepKit)

SleepKit subscription boxes can be cancelled anytime. Cancellation takes effect the following month. No partial-month refunds will be issued.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@desertbreathe.com to initiate any return. Please include your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
